Fit project day 3

Today i am going to do 35 minutes of yoga and 20 of treadmill. Now i ask, how can someone exercise happily? Really? Im dying here, every part of my body hurts! 

Movies i rented

The original title i think is Gods not dead, and its one of the most beautifull movies ive seen this year! Im a christian, i believe in God, but i do not atend church every sunday, i just have my believes. And i did founded a beautifull movie for the family and to do not feel lonely in your faith. 

 

The frankenstein was just for fun! And it sure is a great movie to watch and have a good time. 

Fit project day 2

Today i am doing a ten minute cellulite workout ( just type that and click on the first video) thats the one i do, and 20 minutes treadmill. Just remenbering that i didnt excercise before, im doing it noe as a project, but im not dieting! 

Fit project day 1

Ok so today i'm starting my 30day fit project, i did 20 minutes of treatmill and 15 minutes from an app of yoga. 

Weekend

Just rented some movies for the weekend and just choose to start working out tomorrow and register the changings in my body 

New book

Ive read gone girl (ok) sharp objects (super good) and just started this one! Im liking it!

I am quite obssed with midle east woman! The are pretty, highly polished, allways with make up and hair done, dont allways use flashy clothes and are soooo chic! Seriously im almost dying my hair black! But only almost
